基于混合优化算法的船用柴油机脉动装配线平衡优化技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于船用柴油机结构复杂、零部件多、装配工艺复杂,在将传统固定式装配线改造为脉动式装配线的过程中,装配工艺的重组与装配作业重分配会导致站位间与站位内产生平衡问题。针对站位内装配作业的平衡分配问题,文章提出了一种基于混合优化算法的脉动生产线站位内装配作业平衡分配方法。在考虑了装配线节拍、工序优先关系约束、班组数量等因素的基础上,建立了站位内装配线平衡优化数学模型,并制定了一套针对装配生产线平衡问题的装配作业分配规则;提出了基于混合遗传算法(GA)与蚁群算法(ACO)的优化算法对数学模型进行求解;最后,通过实例测试和分析验证了算法的有效性。 Due to the complex structure,various parts and complicated assembly process of marine diesel engine,it will lead to assembly line balancing problem when reorganizing the assembly process and redistributing assembly operations in the process of transforming traditional assembly line into pulsating assembly line.To address this problem,this paper proposes a balanced allocation method of assembly operations in pulsating assembly line stations.With consideration of the factors such as assembly line beat,process priority constraints and the number of teams,the mathematical model of assembly line balancing optimization in the station is established and a set of rules of assembly assignment for assembly line balance problem are formulated.An optimization algorithm based on hybrid genetic algorithm(GA) and ant colony optimization(ACO) is proposed to solve the mathematical model.Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by a case study and analysis.
