双圆弧谐波传动齿廓修形及啮合特性分析

摘要 针对谐波传动过程中柔轮实际径向变形量与线性假设变形量不符,引起柔轮与刚轮齿廓发生啮合干涉的问题,以无公切线双圆弧齿廓为研究对象,在Ansys Workbench中建立谐波齿轮传动有限元模型,提取柔轮长短轴径向位移,基于双圆弧齿廓修形原理结合Matlab参数化编程对柔轮齿廓进行三维修形,对仿真实体模型进行有限元分析。结果表明:有限元法设计修形后柔轮各截面均可实现无干涉啮合,有限元法设计修形后柔轮的最大等效应力值比未修形时减小41.79%,比线性法设计修形减小14.65%,且有限元法设计修形后柔轮应力分布更加均匀。 In response to the problem of meshing interference between the actual radial deformation of the flexspline and the linear assumed deformation during the harmonic transmission process,a finite element model of the harmonic gear transmission is established in Ansys Workbench with the non common tangent double arc tooth profile as the research object,and the radial displacement of the long and short axes of the flexspline is extracted.Based on the principle of double arc tooth profile modification and Matlab parameterized programming,the three-dimensional modification of the flexspline tooth profile is carried out,perform finite element analysis on the simulated solid model.The results show that all sections of the modified flexible wheel designed by the finite element method can achieve interference free meshing.The maximum equivalent stress value of the modified flexible wheel designed by the finite element method is 41.79% lower than that of the unmodified one,and 14.65%lower than that of the linear method.The stress distribution of the modified flexible wheel designed by the finite element method is more uniform.
