摘要
文章研究了白鹤滩水电站坝顶路面混凝土施工方法,从收面轨道布置、结构缝施工、混凝土浇筑、收抹面施工、保温保湿与保护等方面分析了其施工方法及工艺。白鹤滩水电站坝顶路面施工以结构缝(横缝)为界,单坝段全断面一次浇筑成型。施工措施到位,体型、平整度超95%符合精品工程指标,达到了精品工程的标准要求,其施工方法可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The concrete construction methods for the dam crest pavement of Baihetan Hydropower Station is studied.The construction methods and processes are analyzed from the aspects of finished surface track layout,structural joint construction,concrete pouring,surface plastering and finishing construction,heat preservation and moisture retention and protection.The construction of dam crest pavement of Baihetan Hydropower Station is bounded by structural joints(transverse joints),and the whole section of the single dam section is poured and formed in one go.The construction measures are in place,and the shape and flatness are more than 95%in line with the high-quality engineering index,which meets the standard requirements of high-quality engineering.The construction methods can provide reference for similar engineering.
