建筑工程中防渗水施工技术分析

摘要 建筑工程的防水防渗性能直接影响建筑的使用性能,也会对建筑的安全性造成影响。基于此,文章分析了建筑工程渗漏产生的原因,阐述了建筑工程外墙、屋面、地下室等关键部位防渗漏的施工技术措施,同时分析了采取不同掺量的膨胀剂、减缩剂对混凝土防渗性能的影响,并结合相关结果给出了混凝土外加剂最佳的掺量范围,以期为建筑工程防渗水施工提供参考,提升建筑工程施工质量。 The waterproof and anti-seepage performance of building engineering directly affects the performance of the building,and also affects its safety.Based on this,this paper analyzes the causes of leakage in building engineering,and expounds the construction technical measures for preventing leakage in key parts such as exterior walls,roofs,and basements in building engineering.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of different amounts of expansion agent and shrinkage reducing agent on the anti-seepage performance of the concrete.Combined with relevant results,the optimal dosage range of concrete admixtures is given,in order to provide reference for the anti-seepage construction of building engineering and improve its construction quality.
