枢纽工程安装及装修新技术应用研究

Research on the Application of New Installation and Decoration Technologies in Hub Engineering

随着城市轨道交通线路的增加及市政道路的扩建,大型城市综合交通枢纽应运而生,可改善城市片区出行环境,提高乘客出行品质,促进片区地下空间一体化开发利用。深圳市黄木岗综合交通枢纽是深圳市福田区的重要大型交通枢纽,也是国内首次大规模采用“地铁车站-桥梁-隧道”一体化设计的交通枢纽。复杂的设计方案对该工程安装及装修施工提出了较高的要求。文章根据枢纽工程的特点,通过智慧枢纽应用、BIM技术应用等安装及装修新技术,显著提高了安装及装修的施工质量和效率,旨在为类似工程施工提供借鉴。

With the increase of urban rail transit lines and the expansion of municipal roads,large-scale urban comprehensive transportation hubs have emerged,which can improve the travel environment of urban areas,improve the quality of passenger travel,and promote the integrated development and utilization of underground space in the area.Huangmugang comprehensive transportation hub in Shenzhen is an important large-scale transportation hub in Futian District of Shenzhen City.It is also the first transportation hub in China to adopt the integrated design of"subway station-bridge-tunnel"on a large scale.The complex design scheme puts forward higher requirements for the installation and decoration construction of the engineering.According to the characteristics of the hub engineering,the construction quality and efficiency of installation and decoration are significantly improved through new installation and decoration technologies such as smart hub application and BIM technology application,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
