预应力混凝土管桩在土建施工中的应用

新时期建设项目普遍具备规模大、高度大等特点,对基础施工质量要求非常严格。目前我国桩基础施工技术形式多样,且各桩基础施工技术均有优缺点。预应力混凝土管桩具有耐击打、自身强度大及施工效率高等特点,因而在软土地质条件桩基施工中应用更广泛。文章结合具体工程实例,研究了预应力混凝土管桩在土建施工中的应用,分析了预应力混凝土管桩施工工艺及施工中的常见问题与解决策略,以供参考。

In the new era,construction projects generally have the characteristics of large scale and high height,and the requirements for the quality of foundation construction are very strict.At present,there are various forms of pile foundation construction technology in China,and each pile foundation construction technology has advantages and disadvantages.Prestressed concrete pipe pile has the characteristics of impact resistance,high strength and high construction efficiency,so it is more widely used in pile foundation construction under soft soil geological conditions.Combined with specific engineering examples,this paper studies the application of prestressed concrete pipe pile in civil construction,and analyzes the construction technology of prestressed concrete pipe pile and the common problems and solutions in construction,for reference.
