硫黄砂浆作为一种新型热塑性材料,具有许多优点,如硬化快、高早强、处理方便、经济性及安全性好等,被广泛应用于桥梁施工中。文章以坦桑尼亚新瓦米大桥为例,介绍了硫黄砂浆在桥梁临时支座施工中的应用及优化施工方法,详细阐述了硫黄砂浆施工的特点、原理、工艺流程、操作要点及注意事项,对硫黄砂浆施工的技术应用和质量控制提出了有效的解决方案,以供参考。

As a new type of thermoplastic material,sulfur mortar has many advantages,such as fast hardening,high early strength,convenient treatment,good economy and safety,and is widely used in bridge construction.Taking the New Wami Bridge in Tanzania as an example,this paper introduces the application of sulfur mortar in bridge temporary bearing construction and the optimization construction methods,expounds the characteristics,principle,process flow,operation points and precautions of sulfur mortar construction in detail,and puts forward effective solutions for the technical application and quality control of sulfur mortar construction for reference.
