山区高海拔特长隧道施工中的玄武岩纤维混凝土性能试验研究

摘要 玄武岩纤维作为一种无机纤维材料,延伸性、抗剪性及抗老化性较强,近些年被逐渐引入桥梁隧道、路基路面领域。将玄武岩纤维与混凝土相结合,生成的新拌玄武岩纤维混凝土具有体积稳定、耐久性高、强度高的优点,可提升混凝土的抗渗和抗裂性能,延缓老化速度。文章以西南山区某高海拔特长隧道为例,先后将玄武岩纤维应用于湿喷混凝土、衬砌混凝土,通过抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验、抗冲击试验等进一步检验该材料在高海拔隧道施工中应用的各项效应,获得的研究数据和成果可为同类似工程施工提供参考。 As an inorganic fiber material,basalt fiber has strong extensibility,shear resistance and aging resistance.In recent years,it has been gradually introduced into the field of bridge,tunnel,subgrade,and pavement.Combining basalt fiber with concrete,the newly mixed basalt fiber concrete generated has the advantages of stable volume,high durability and high strength,which can improve the impermeability and crack resistance of concrete and delay the aging speed.Taking a high-altitude super-long tunnel in the southwest mountainous area as an example,this paper applies basalt fiber to wet shotcrete and lining concrete successively.Through compressive strength test,flexural strength test and impact resistance test,the effects of the application of this material in high-altitude tunnel construction are further tested.The research data and results obtained can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
