Research on Construction Technology and Management Innovation of Electromechanical Equipment Installation Engineering in Large-scale Public Building Engineering—Taking Baiyun International Conference Center Phase II Project as an Example

文章以白云国际会议中心二期项目为例,在国内外对项目机电安装理论文献研究及综合分析的基础上,结合白云国际会议中心二期机电安装工程的特点,提出了大型公共建筑工程机电安装创新技术应用和施工管控策略,旨在实现项目深化设计与施工落地的完美衔接。

Taking Baiyun International Conference Center phase II project as an example,based on the literature research and comprehensive analysis of the electromechanical equipment installation theory of the projects at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of Baiyun International Conference Center phase II electromechanical equipment installation engineering,this paper puts forward innovative technology applications and construction control strategies of electromechanical equipment installation in largescale public building engineering,aiming at realizing the perfect connection between project deepening design and construction implementation.
