补阳还五汤抑制炎症反应改善阿尔茨海默病的研究现状

Research status of Buyang Huanwu decoction in inhibiting inflammatory reaction and improving Alzheimer's disease

阿尔茨海默病(AD)作为最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,其发病机制还尚未明确。然而,越来越多的研究证明,炎症反应与AD的发生有着密切的联系。补阳还五汤作为中医经典方剂在临床广泛使用,已经证明具有抑制炎症因子的作用。本文就补阳还五汤通过抑制炎症反应,防治AD研究现状进行综述,主要阐述了补阳还五汤对AD的治疗作用、炎症反应与AD的关系、补阳还五汤抑制炎症反应治疗AD的基础研究、药理学研究以及临床研究,以期对补阳还五汤防治AD的研究提供理论指导。

Alzheimer's disease(AD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,and its pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.However,more and more studies have proved that the inflammatory response is closely related to the occurrence of AD.Buyang Huanwu decoction is widely used clinically as a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,and it has been proved to have the effect of inhibiting inflammatory factors.In this paper,the research status of Buyang Huanwu decoction in preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease by inhibiting inflammatory reaction is reviewed.This paper mainly expounds the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction on AD,the relationship between inflammatory reaction and AD,and the basic research,pharmacological research and clinical research of Buyang Huanwu decoction in inhibiting inflammatory reaction to treat AD,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the research of Buyang Huanwu decoction in preventing and treating AD.
