近些年新型抗肿瘤疗法已经在临床应用中取得了重大的突破和进展,为肿瘤患者带来新的希望。除了预期的治疗效果外,一些不良事件也随继发生,是其临床应用的阻碍。本文重点关注新型抗肿瘤疗法对血小板的药物不良反应,综述了免疫检查点抑制药、抗体药物偶联物、酪氨酸酶抑制药和嵌合抗原受体T细胞疗法对于血小板产生的作用及机制。

In recent years,novel anti-tumor therapies have achieved significant breakthroughs and progress in clinical application,bringing new hope to cancer patients.However,in addition to the expected therapeutic effect,some adverse events also occurred,which hindered its clinical application.This article focuses on platelet side effects of novel anticancer therapies,and reviews immune checkpoint inhibitors,antibody drug conjugates,tyrosine kinase inhibitors,and chimeric antigen receptors The role and mechanism of T cell therapy on platelet production.
