利用癌症基因组图谱数据库分析泛素结合酶E2S在肺腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Analysis of UBE2S expression in lung adenocarcinoma by TCGA database and its clinical significance

目的研究泛素结合酶E2S(UBE2S)在肺腺癌及其癌旁组织中的表达及临床意义。方法从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库下载肺腺癌患者临床信息资料,比较337例肺腺癌组织与59例癌旁组织中UBE2S表达水平,分析UBE2S与肺腺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性及对预后的影响。并通过Cox比例风险模型分析影响肺腺癌患者预后的因素。结果肿瘤组中UBE2S表达水平高于癌旁对照组(P<0.05),同一患者肺腺癌组织中UBE2S表达水平高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);UBE2S的表达水平与Stage分期、T分期、N分期有关(P<0.05);UBE2S表达水平与肺腺癌患者预后有相关性(P<0.05),高UBE2S表达水平及Stage分期是影响肺腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论UBE2S在肺腺癌组织中表达上调,高表达提示患者预后差,UBE2S可能参与肺腺癌发生发展过程,进而影响预后。UBE2S可作为肺腺癌患者的潜在治疗靶点。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of ubiquitin binding enzyme E2S(UBE2S)in lung adenocarcinoma and its adjacent tissues.Methods The clinical information of lung adenocarcinoma patients from The Cancer Genome Map(TCGA)database wer downloaded,the expression of UBE2S were compared between 337 lung adenocarcinoma tissues and 59 paracancerous tissues to analyze the correlation between UBE2S and the clinicopathological features of lung adenocarcinoma patients and the impact on prognosis.Cox proportional risk model was used to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients.Results The expression level of UBE2S in tumor group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the expression level of UBE2S in lung adenocarcinoma tissues of the same patient was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The expression level of UBE2S was significantly correlated with the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients(P<0.05).High UBE2S expression level and stage were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma patients(P<0.05).Conclusion UBE2S is up-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma,and the high expression indicates the poor prognosis of patients.UBE2S may participate in the development of lung adenocarcinoma which might affect the prognosis.UBE2S may be a potential therapeutic target for patients with lung adenocarcinoma.
