丙烯酸羟乙酯与马来酸酐的共聚及表征

摘要 以过硫酸铵引发丙烯酸羟乙酯和马来酸酐水溶液聚合,合成了不同摩尔比的共聚物。采用毛细管膨胀计测定了共聚合反应的转化率,通过酸碱滴定测定了共聚物的组成,并采用YBR法得到丙烯酸羟乙酯和马来酸酐的竞聚率分别为r_(1)=2.3188和r_(2)=0.0272,表明要得到组成均匀的共聚物,需要将丙烯酸羟乙酯缓慢滴加到马来酸酐中。此外,通过电位滴定法测定了丙烯酸羟乙酯与马来酸酐的投料摩尔比为7∶3时,聚合物的pK_(a1)和pK_(a2)值分别为4.33和7.59。 Copolymers with varying molar ratios were created by initiating hydroxyethyl acrylate and maleic anhydride monomers with ammonium persulfate.A capillary dilatometer was used to measure the conversion of copolymerization.The copolymer’s composition curve was determined using acid-base titration,and the reactivity ratios of hydroxyethyl acrylate to maleic anhydride were determined using the YBR method.According to the calculation results,r_(1)(HEA)and r_(2)(MA)were 2.3188 and 0.0272,respectively,indicating that hydroxyethyl acrylate should be slowly added to maleic anhydride in order to obtain a uniform copolymer.Finally,it can be obtained by potentiometric titration,the pK_(a1)and pK_(a2)values of copolymer with the molar feed ratio of 7∶3 are 4.33 and 7.59,respectively.
