摘要
教育专业能力的提升是推进现代化教育发展的必要前提。对青年教师专业技能和专业素养的有效培养,一直受到教育部和各级各类教育管理部门的高度重视。因此,学校积极推进“智慧型”青年教师成长路径的课题研究工作,倾力引导青年教师结合个人所长,使其在日积月累的过程中汇聚自身的“闪光点”,培养思维敏捷、学养深厚、善于积淀、勇于创新的“智慧型”教师,并在全面提升教师专业化技能水平的过程中,建构操作性强且具有推广价值的青年教师培养体系。
The improvement of education professional ability is a necessary prerequisite to promote the de-velopment of modern education.The effective training of young teachers'professional skills and professional quality has been highly valued by the Ministry of Education and all kinds of education management departments at all levels.Therefore,the school actively promotes the research on the growth path of"intelligent"young teach-ers,tries to guide young teachers to combine their personal strengths,so that they can gather their own"bright points"in the process of accumulation over time,cultivate"intelligent"teachers with quick thinking,profound learning,good accumulation and active innovation,and in the process of comprehensively improving the profes-'sional skills of teachers,construct a training system of young teachers with strong operability and promotion val-ue.
