在大数据背景下,丰富的信息资源为社会管理提供了有效支持,而基于大数据的教育管理也成为了现阶段大学生管理改革的重点方向。网格化管理机制能够让大学生管理实现标准化、系统化的运行,大大提高了大学生管理的整体效能,同时也能为学生提供更具个性化的服务。本文主要以大数据为背景,探讨大学生网格化管理模式的形成与作用,针对网格化管理现阶段需要解决的几点问题进行了探究,就如何运行网格化管理模式提出了几点意见。

Under the background of big data,rich information resources provide effective support for social management,and educational administration based on big data has become the key direction of college students'management reform at present.Grid management mechanism can make college students'management standard-ized and systematic,greatly improve the overall efficiency of college students'management,and at the same time provide more personalized services for students.Based on the background of big data,this paper discusses the for-mation and function of college students'grid management mode,probes into some problems that need to be solved at this stage,and puts forward some opinions on how to run the grid management mode.
