摘要
导师制度在促进学生全面成长、学校育人水平提升和校内导师素养的提升方面发挥了重要的作用,学术界也在持续探讨如何将导师制度的执行落到实处而非流于形式。校外导师项目改善了传统导师制度在师生比例、师生互动频次、辅导内容与引导学生自主学习等方面的不足。通过文献研究、校外导师切身经验总结和与其他校外导师、项目中被辅导学生的访谈,提出相关建议,这将有助于推动校外导师项目的改进,促进高校培养更加全面发展的人才。
The mentor system has played an important role in promoting the overall growth of students,im-proving the level of university education,and improving the quality of mentors.The academic area is also con-tinuing to discuss how to implement the mentor system in practice rather than in a formality.The off-campus men-tor project has improved the deficiencies of the traditional mentor system in terms of teacher-student ratio,fre-quency of teacher-student interaction,mentoring contents and guiding students to learn independently.Through literature review,summarization of the personal experience of off-campus mentors,and interviews with other off-campus mentors and students tutored in the project,several suggestions have been put forward,which will help promote the improvement of off-campus mentor programs and promote colleges and universities to cultivate tal-ents withmorecomprehensivedevelopment.
