摘要
2020年起,我国全面实施了新课程新教材改革,中学教学也亟须迅速作出适应性调整,以符合新形势下教育教学的内在要求。本文以东北师范大学附属中学为例,系统总结了地理组在落实地理学科核心素养核心目标的过程中,以教师培养层级化、教学研究持续化、学生活动多元化三个维度为实施路径,充分利用学校优质教育教学资源开展教学研究与实践,有效搭建起了教师与学生双向“互动-反馈”机制,在共同成长提升中实现立德树人的根本目的。
Since 2020,China has fully implemented the reform of the new curriculum and textbooks.Sec-ondary school teaching urgently needs to make adaptive adjustments to meet the internal requirements of educa-tion and teaching under the new circumstances.Taking High School Attached to Northeast Normal University as an example,this article systematically summarizes the teaching practices of the geography group from three di-mensions:hierarchical teacher training,continuous teaching research,and diversified student activities.It ex-plains how to use the school's high-quality education and teaching resources to carry out teaching practice activi-ties,and construct a two-way"interaction-feedback"mechanism between teachers and students,so as to achieve the fundamental task of fostering virtues through education while promoting students'mutual growth and im-provement.
