对毁灭与迷失的隐喻:小说《仙症》的医学叙事分析

Metaphors of Destruction and Loss——Medical Narrative in the Novel Fairy Disease

《仙症》以“疾病”“医生”“病人”“治疗”共同构成了一种基于医学叙事的隐喻体系,借少年“我”的视角展开对“精神病人”王战团一生的叙述。在叙述过程中,揭示了“疾病”对于反抗社会文明规约者的污名化这一实质;在“医生”“病人”的相互关系中表明了文本中的权力机制如何对个人进行规训和惩罚;而“治疗”则充分表现了个人与权力机制相违背时所不可避免的毁灭与迷失。王战团与“我”不过是面对无法违抗的权力机制时两种选择的人格化。

Fairy Disease combines"disease","doctor","patient",and"treatment"to form a metaphorical system based on medical narrative.It uses the perspective of the young"me"to narrate the life of the"mental pa-tient"Wang Zhantuan.In the narrative process,the essence of the stigmatization of"disease"towards those who resist the norms of social civilization is revealed;the relationship between"doctors"and"patients"indicates how the power mechanism in the text disciplines and punishes individuals;and"treatment"fully demonstrates the in-evitable destruction and loss of individuals when they violate the power mechanism.Wang Zhantuan and"me"are only the personification of two choices in the face of an inviolable power mechanism.
