摘要
单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing,scRNA-seq)技术是一项新兴技术,可以精准地对单一个体细胞的全部转录组进行分析。基于单细胞RNA测序技术绘制肾透明细胞癌(clear cell renal cell carcinoma,ccRCC)的基因表达谱,可以揭示ccRCC的起源、瘤内异质性及转移复发机制,对ccRCC的发病机理、筛选个性化治疗及判断预后具有重要意义。本文对单细胞RNA测序技术的最新研究进展进行简要的介绍,并重点探讨其在ccRCC中的研究进展。以期帮助新人迅速进入该领域,以及对迄今为止该邻域的研究现状有更加深入的理解。
Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)is an emerging technology that can precisely analyze the entire transcriptome of a single somatic cell.Based on single cell transcriptome sequencing,gene expression profiling of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)can reveal the origin,intratumoral heterogeneity and metastatic recurrence mechanism of ccRCC,which has important implications for the pathogenesis,individualized treatment and prognosis of ccRCC.This article provides a brief introduction to the latest research advances in single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology and focuses on its research progress in ccRCC.It is intended to help newcomers to enter the field rapidly as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the current state of research in this neighborhood to date.
