HPV相关性膀胱癌的研究进展

Research progress of HPV-associated bladder cancer

人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)与许多疾病的发生、发展相关,特别是高危型HPV与头颈部鳞癌、肛门生殖器官癌等多种癌症关系密切。近年来,膀胱癌的发病率呈现逐年上升的趋势,大量研究证实了HPV在膀胱癌的病因学中发挥了致病作用,尤其是高危型HPV16已被认为是泌尿生殖系统的潜在危险因素。本文主要对HPV在不同类型膀胱癌中的病因学作用及其对膀胱癌分级、分期的影响相关研究进行汇总,以期为日后HPV相关性膀胱癌的诊断、预防提供科学依据。

Human papillomavirus(HPV)is associated with many diseases.In particular,high-risk HPV is closely associated with many types of cancers,such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and anogenital cancer.In recent years,the incidence of bladder cancer has shown an increasing trend year by year,and a large number of studies have confirmed that HPV played a pathogenic role in the etiology of bladder cancer,especially the high-risk HPV16 has been recognized as a potential risk factor for urogenital cancer.In this review,we will summarize the studies related to the etiological role of HPV in different types of bladder cancer and its effect on the grade and stage of bladder cancer,in order to provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of HPV related bladder cancer in the future.
