超声引导下前锯肌平面阻滞在肺癌术后镇痛中的应用进展

摘要 肺癌术后疼痛的有效缓解可提高患者术后恢复质量,而前锯肌平面阻滞是一项新兴的胸壁神经阻滞技术,能够完全阻滞半侧胸廓,可替代当前的区域阻滞技术应用于肺癌术后镇痛。超声技术的发展为前锯肌阻滞提供实时、可视化操作平台,可提高穿刺成功率,减少并发症的发生。本文就肺癌术后疼痛的机制、肺癌术后常用的镇痛方法以及超声引导下前锯肌平面阻滞的应用进行综述。 Effective analgesia after lung cancer surgery can improve the quality of postoperative recovery,and serratus anterior plane block is an emerging thoracic wall nerve block technique that may achieve complete paraesthesia of the hemithorax.It may be an viable alternative to current regional anaesthetic techniques for postoperative analgesia of lung cancer.The development of ultrasonic technology provides a platform for real-time and visual never block,which can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the incidence of complications.This article reviews the mechanism of postoperative pain of lung cancer,commonly used analgesia methods after lung cancer surgery,and the clinical application of ultrasound-guided serratus anterior plane block.
