铜冶炼烟气制酸系统电收尘器技术改造实践 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了垣曲冶炼厂硫酸车间电收尘器的运行状况和技术改造情况。针对工频电源电收尘器二次电压偏低、不稳定,影响收尘效果的问题,采用软稳电源代替原有的工频电源,实践证明,软稳电源更适合用于铜冶炼烟气处理系统的电收尘器,各电场的二次电压均可稳定在40 kV左右,电场收尘效果较好,收灰量大。在放灰过程中采用负压系统,改善了作业环境,避免了金属流失。电收尘器壳体采用海泡石保温材料,热损失较小,保温效果好,电收尘器出入口温差由120℃左右降至65℃左右。 The operation and technical transformation of the electric dust collector in the sulphuric acid workshop of Yuanqu Smelter is introduced.In response to the problem of low and unstable secondary voltage of the power frequency power supply of the electric dust collector,which affects the dust collection effect,a soft stable power supply is adopted to replace the original power frequency power supply.Practice has proven that the soft stable power supply is more suitable for electric dust collectors in copper smelting flue gas treatment systems.The secondary voltage of each electric field can be stabilized at around 40 kV,and the dust collection effect of the electric field is good,with a large amount of dust collection.The use of a negative pressure system during the ash discharge process improves the working environment and avoids metal loss.The shell of the electric dust collector is made of sepiolite insulation material,which has low heat loss and good insulation effect.The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the electric dust collector has decreased from about 120℃to about 65℃.
