负载敏感多路阀微动特性与参数优化

摘要 针对负载敏感多路阀微动特性差和多参数耦合问题,以16通径负载敏感多路阀为研究对象,分析了负载敏感多路阀结构与压力补偿阀工作原理,采用AMEsim创建阀芯微动仿真模型,系统研究了压力补偿阀弹簧刚度、压力补偿阀阻尼孔与控制腔液容对负载敏感多路阀微动特性的影响,采用NLPQL优化算法进行了参数优化。结果表明,负载敏感多路阀主阀芯小开口时,进出油口压差和通流量的稳态值和波动量随着压力补偿阀弹簧刚度增大而增大;进出油口压差和通流量稳态值受阻尼孔与控制腔液容的影响很小,主阀压差波动量随阻尼孔和控制腔液容增大而增大;经参数优化后,主阀小开口时压差波动幅值降低17%. For the problem of poor micro-motion characteristics and multi-parameter coupling of load-sensitive multi-way valve,the working principles of load-sensitive multi-way valve with the diameter of 16 mm and its pressure compensation valve are analyzed.The simulation model of spool micro-motion is established by AMESim.The influences of spring stiffness of pressure compensation valve,damping hole and liquid capacity of control chamber on micro-motion characteristics of load-sensitive valve are studied and the parameters are optimized by NLPQL algorithm.The results show that when the main valve core of load sensitive valve has a small opening,the steady-state value and the fluctuation of the pressure difference and flow rate increase with the increase of the spring stiffness of the compensation valve,The steady-state values of the pressure difference and flow rate are little affected by the damping hole and the liquid capacity,and the fluctuation of pressure difference increases with the increase of liquid capacity and the damping hole.After parameter optimization,the fluctuation amplitude of pressure difference decreases by 17%when the main valve core has a small opening.
