基于EDEM的气垫机中间卸料装置设计

摘要 针对传统气垫带式输送机中间卸料时,每次都需要把输送带通过托辊展平然后卸料等问题,通过设计卸料铲的结构,可以实现在不断开气垫机气室的情况下在气垫机上直接卸料,将弧形卸料铲的铲头与清扫板设计成与气垫带式输送机盘槽结构相一致,可以实现在不断开气室的情况下在气垫机气室内直接进行卸料。通过三维软件Solidworks进行建模,然后采用离散元EDEM软件对卸料的过程进行仿真分析,对比单侧卸料和双侧卸料的特点选择较好的卸料方式,且比较气垫带式输送机输送带卸料前后压力变化。 Aiming at the problems of traditional air-cushion belt conveyor unloading,the conveyor belt needs to be flattened by idlers and then unloaded every time.By designing the structure of the unloading shovel,it can be realized that the air chamber of the air-cushion machine is not disconnected.In the case of direct unloading on the air-cushion machine,the shovel head of the arc-shaped unloading shovel and the sweeping plate are designed to be consistent with the structure of the air-cushion conveyor disk groove,which can be directly carried out unloading in the air chamber of the air-cushion machine without disconnecting the air chamber.Modeling is carried out by the 3D Solidworks software,and then the discrete element EDEM software is used to simulate and analyze the unloading process.The characteristics of single-side unloading and double-side unloading are compared,the better unloading method is selected,comparing the pressure change of air cushion belt conveyor belt before and after unloading.
