污水在线设备计量辅助装置的研究

Research on Auxiliary Metering Device of Sewage On-line Equipment

针对化学需氧量在线自动监测仪(以下简称在线COD)、氨氮自动监测仪(以下简称在线氨氮)、总磷总氮水质在线分析仪(以下简称在线总磷总氮)、重金属水质在线分析仪(以下简称在线重金属)四种污水在线设备(以下简称设备)的现场计量检定或校准时间较长,需配备专业人员更换高、中、低浓度的三种标准溶液的问题,本文研究了一种无需人工日夜值守,可实现三种不同浓度的标准溶液的自动更换,完成现场计量全过程的计量辅助装置。

For the on-site measurement verification or calibration time of four kinds of sewage online equipment(hereinafter referred to as equipment),such as chemical oxygen demand online automatic monitor(hereinafter referred to as online COD),ammonia nitrogen automatic monitor(hereinafter referred to as online ammonia nitrogen),total phosphorus and total nitrogen water quality online analyzer(hereinafter referred to as online total phosphorus and total nitrogen),and heavy metal water quality online analyzer(hereinafter referred to as online heavy metal),For the problem of replacing three kinds of standard solutions with high,medium and low concentrations by professional personnel,this paper studies a metering auxiliary device which can realize automatic replacement of three kinds of standard solutions with different concentrations and complete the whole process of on-site measurement without manual duty day and night.
