TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果

摘要 目的:探讨分析经皮椎间孔内窥镜脊柱系统(TESSYS)技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选择宜春欧阳骨科医院2017年1月—2021年9月收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用随机数字表法分为参考组(n=80)与试验组(n=80)。参考组采用小切口椎板开窗术治疗,试验组采用TESSYS技术治疗。对比两组优良率、炎症因子指标、疼痛评分、骨代谢水平及并发症发生率。结果:两组优良率比较,试验组高于参考组(P<0.05)。两组术前炎症因子水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后炎症因子水平、VAS评分较术前均降低,且试验组较参考组均更低(P<0.05)。两组手术前后的骨代谢水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,能够缓解疼痛,减轻炎症反应,且安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the effect of transforaminal endoscopic spine system(TESSYS)technology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Yichun Ouyang Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2017 to September 2021 were selected and divided into reference group(n=80)and experimental group(n=80)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with small incision fenestration of laminae,and the experimental group was treated with TESSYS technology.The excellent and good rate,inflammatory factor index,pain score,bone metabolism level and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the levels of inflammatory factors and VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before operation,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in bone metabolism levels between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:TESSYS technology is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve pain,reduce inflammatory reaction,and high safety.
