脊柱源性疼痛是临床常见疾病,该病发作具有反复性,严重影响患者生活质量,对患者、家庭、社会经济造成巨大影响。脊柱源性疼痛病因复杂,且目前尚无统一的治疗方法。因此,本文拟就脊柱源性疼痛解剖学基础、发病机制、治疗方法进行综述,旨在为临床医生治疗提供参考依据。

Spinal pain is a common clinical disease,which repeatedly attacks,seriously influences patients'quality of life,and has a huge impact on patients,families,and social economy.The etiology of spinal pain is complex,and there is no unified treatment at present.Therefore,this article will review the anatomical basis,pathogenesis and treatment methods of spinal pain in order to provide a reference basis for clinicians.
