循证护理模式在超声引导下神经阻滞术的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Model in Ultrasound-guided Nerve Block Surgery

目的:探究循证护理在超声引导下神经阻滞术的应用分析。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2021年6月—2022年2月于景德镇市第三人民医院接受治疗的80例超声引导下神经阻滞术患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组给予常规围手术期干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予循证护理干预。比较两组负性情绪、应激反应、阻滞及镇痛效果、患者满意度。结果:两组干预前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组SAS、SDS评分时点、组间、交互效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预7、14、30 d后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前平均动脉压(MAP)、经皮动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组MAP、SpO_(2)、HR、RR时点、组间、交互效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预7、14、30 d后MAP、SpO_(2)、HR、RR均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组VAS评分时点、组间、交互效应差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组干预7、14、30 d后VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阻滞优良率为100%,对照组优良率为85.00%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度为100%,对照组为82.50%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下神经阻滞术患者予以循证护理可明显缓解患者负性情绪,改善应激反应,提升阻滞及镇痛效果,从而促进患者满意度的提升。

Objective:To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in ultrasound-guided nerve block.Method:A total of 80 patients with ultrasound-guided nerve block who were treated in the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected,and divided into the control group with 40 cases and observation group with 40 cases by random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion,stress response,block and analgesic effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups at different time points,between groups and interaction effects(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 7,14 and 30 days of intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in mean arterial pressure(MAP),arterial oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in MAP,SpO_(2),HR and RR at different time points,between groups and interaction effects(P<0.05),the MAP,SpO_(2),HR and RR of the observation group were higher than those of the control group 7,14 and 30 days after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in VAS score at different time point,between groups and interaction effects(P<0.05),the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 7,14 and 30 days of intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of block in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 100%,and that in the control group was 82.50%,that of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing for patients with ultrasound-guided nerve block surgery can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the stress response,and enhance the effects of block and analgesia,so as to promote the improvement of patient satisfaction.
