摘要
目的:探讨基于动机性访谈的认知心理干预对门诊化疗患者自我效能及治疗依从性的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月在抚州市第一人民医院门诊行化疗的癌症患者320例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组160例和对照组160例,对照组化疗期间行常规护理干预,观察组化疗期间实施基于动机性访谈的认知心理干预。干预3个月,比较两组干预前后自我感受负担、不良情绪、自我效能及治疗依从性。结果:干预后观察组自我感受负担总评分及各维度评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后观察组自我管理效能感总评分和治疗依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于动机性访谈的认知心理干预可减轻门诊化疗患者自我感受负担,提高患者自我管理效能及化疗依从性,有利于患者顺利完成化疗。
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive psychological intervention based on motivational interview on self-efficacy and treatment compliance of outpatient chemotherapy patients.Method:A total of 320 cancer patients who received chemotherapy in the Outpatient Department of First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the observation group(160 cases)and the control group(160 cases)by random number table.The control group received routine nursing intervention during chemotherapy,and the observation group received cognitive psychological intervention based on motivational interview during chemotherapy.After 3 months of intervention,the self-perceived burden,bad mood,self-efficacy and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Result:The total score of self-feeling burden and scores of various dimensions,HAMA score,HAMD score of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-management efficacy score and treatment compliance score of observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive psychological intervention based on motivational interview can reduce the burden of self-perception,improve patients'self-management efficiency and chemotherapy compliance,and facilitate patients to successfully complete chemotherapy.
