摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中超早期血管再通可挽救缺血半暗带,有时可出现缺血再灌注损伤,加重患者症状,探寻药物防治脑缺血再灌注损伤是研究热点.发现在脑缺血超早期4 h之内开始给予吴茱萸碱(Evo)连续应用3 d能有效改善脑缺血再灌注损伤的SD大鼠的神经功能评分,减轻皮质区神经元细胞损伤,增加Bcl-2蛋白表达水平,减少Bax、Caspase-3蛋白表达水平,调节GSK-3β/β-catenin信号传导通路,减轻神经元细胞凋亡及大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤.结果表明,吴茱萸碱通过调控凋亡因子和GSK-3β/β-catenin信号通路减轻大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤.
Ultra-early vascular revascularization in acute ischemic stroke can rescue the ischemic penumbra,and sometimes ischemia-reperfusion injury can occur and aggravate the patient's symptoms,and it is a hot research topic to explore the drugs to prevent and treat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.It is found that the administration of evodiamine(Evo)for 3 d within 4 h of cerebral ischemia can effectively improve the neurological function score of SD rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,reduce neuronal cell injury in cortical areas,promote Bcl-2 protein expression level,reduce Bax and Caspase-3 protein expression level,upregulate GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway,reduce neuronal cell apoptosis and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.The results showed that evodiamine attenuated ischemia-reperfusion injury in rat brains by regulating apoptotic factors and the GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway.
