室外充电桩接触电压和跨步电压防护分析

摘要 室外电动汽车充电桩配套使用具有一系列安全问题,文章分别从电击防护和雷电防护角度分析人身安全问题,对标准、图集中防护措施的合理性进行探讨。重点介绍HUGO模型的雷击跨步电压模拟分析方法,引入跨步电压限值概念,分析环形均衡接地体对跨步电压的影响。对我国室外充电桩人身防护提出改进意见。 In view of a series of safety problems in the matching use of outdoor Electric Vechicle charging piles,this paper analyzes personal safety problems from the perspectives of protection against electric shock and lightning protection,and discusses the rationality of protection measures in the standards and drawing atlases.It focuses on the simulation analysis method of lightning strike step voltage of HUGO model,introduces the concept of step voltage limit and analyzes the influence of ring equalization earth electrode on step voltage.Besides,recommendations on personal protection of outdoor charging piles in China are offered.
