藏族传统文化的生态意蕴及时代启示

The Ecological Connotation of Tibetan Traditional Culture and Its Enlightenment from the Times

党的二十大提出要推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌。藏族是我国多民族大家庭中的重要一员,为西南边疆地区的发展和稳定作出了突出贡献。藏族传统文化是中华民族传统文化宝库中的一道靓丽风景线,蕴含着丰富的思想、智慧、经验等。在生态文明建设全面深化,坚定文化自信的背景下,认真挖掘、研究、弘扬藏族传统文化中有利于生态保护的因素,对于当前学习贯彻党的二十大精神,助推新时代党的治藏方略实践落地,促进生态文明建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章以宗教、民俗、制度等为代表的藏族传统文化为例进行分析,主要体现了人与自然和谐共生的生态自然观、人与自然是生命共同体的生态系统观、实施严格戒律制度的生态治理观等生态意蕴。藏族传统文化的生态意蕴对生态文明建设的时代启示主要有全面探索研究,促进优秀传统文化得以传承发扬;积极构建生态文化产业体系,促进经济社会高质量发展;不断完善法制,保障生态文明建设刚性约束常态化;大力发展生态文化,开创生态文明建设新局面等方面。

The 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote cultural confidence and self-improvement,and create new brilliance in socialist culture.Tibetan traditional culture is a beautiful scenery in the treasure trove of Chinese traditional culture,containing rich ideas,wisdoms,experiences,and so on.In the context of comprehensively deepening the construction of ecological civilization and strengthening cultural confidence,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carefully explore,study,and promote the factors that are conducive to ecological protection in Tibetan traditional culture for the current study and implementation of the spirit of the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the promotion of ecological civilization construction.The traditional culture of the Tibetan ethnic group mainly embodies the ecological and natural view of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,the ecological system view that humans and nature are a community of life,and the ecological governance view that implements strict discipline systems.The ecological ethics of Tibetan traditional culture have a comprehensive exploration and research on the construction of ecological civilization,promoting the inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional culture;actively building an ecological and cultural industry system to promote high-quality economic and social development;continuously improving the legal system and ensuring the normalization of rigid constraints in the construction of ecological civilization;vigorously developing ecological culture and creating a new situation in the construction of ecological civilization.
