摘要
针对某车型进行综合道路可靠性试验时出现的制动踏板刚度、强度不足问题,基于参数化建模方法,参考对标车型结构设计,提出四种制动踏板结构优化方案。应用OptiStruct有限元分析软件对四种结构优化方案进行刚度、强度、疲劳寿命等仿真,结合布置和工艺,确定最优方案。通过台架试验和综合道路可靠性试验,验证最优方案的可靠性,由此解决制动踏板刚度、强度不足问题。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient stiffness and strength of brake pedal during the comprehensive road reliability test of a certain model,based on the parametric modeling method and referring to the structural design of the benchmark model,four structure optimization schemes for brake pedal were proposed.OptiStruct finite element analysis software was used to simulate stffness,strength,fatigue life,etc.of four structure optimization schemes,and combined with the arrangement and process to determine the optimal scheme.Through bench test and comprehensive road reliability test,the reliability of the optimal scheme was verified,thereby solving the problem of insufficient stiffness and strength of brake pedal.
