摘要
基于RV减速器摆线轮的啮合原理,建立摆线轮数学模型,并进行求解,得到摆线轮齿廓曲线,由此完成摆线轮的精确三维数字化建模。对求解得到的RV减速器摆线轮三维数字化模型进行动态特性研究,从摆线轮约束模态振型云图中可以看出,摆线轮齿和中心孔与行星架孔的连接处容易产生变形。为了防止摆线轮变形过大而造成的结构损伤,在设计时可以适当增大摆线轮变形较大处的刚度,并且避开共振频率。
Based on the meshing principle of the cycloidal wheel of the RV reducer,the mathematical model of the cycloidal wheel was established and solved to obtain the tooth profile curve of the cycloidal wheel,so as to complete the accurate three-dimensional digital modeling of the cycloidal wheel.The dynamic characteristic of the three-dimensional digital model of the cycloidal wheel of the RV reducer obtained was studied,and it can be seen from the constrained modal mode shape cloud diagram of the cycloidal wheel that the connections between the cycloid gear tooth and the center hole,and between the cycloid gear tooth and the planetary carrier hole are easy to deform.In order to prevent structural damage caused by excessive deformation of the cycloidal wheel,the stiffness of the area with larger deformation of the cycloidal wheel can be appropriately increased during the design,and the resonance frequency can be avoided.
