统筹经济和非经济因素的注塑机企业供应商评价和订单分配

摘要 随着经济从追求数量增长到追求高质量、可持续发展,企业在采购过程中将环境因素和企业信誉作为选择供应商的重要指标。为了帮助注塑机制造企业在供应商评价和订单分配中统筹考虑经济因素和环境、信誉等非经济因素,提出一种统筹经济因素和非经济因素的注塑机制造企业供应商评价和订单分配方法。首先确定供应商评价标准,采用区间二型模糊集对供应商的非经济因素进行定量评价。然后统筹经济因素和非经济因素,构建订单分配的多目标优化模型。最后采用灰狼优化算法-粒子群优化算法对订单分配模型进行求解,得到优化的订单分配方案。以注塑机制造企业C公司为例,进行六供应商五非经济因素指标的供应商评价和订单分配,验证所提出方法的有效性。 As the economy grows from the pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of high quality and sustainable development,enterprise takes environmental factor and corporate reputation as important indicators for selecting supplier in the procurement process.In order to help injection molding machine manufacturing enterprise to consider economic factor and non-economic factors such as environment and reputation in supplier evaluation and order allocation,a supplier evaluation and order allocation method of injection molding machine manufacturing enterprise considering economic factor and non-economic factor was proposed.Firstly,the supplier evaluation criterion was determined,and the interval I fuzzy set was used to quantitatively evaluate the non-economic factor of supplier.Then,economic and non-economic factors were taken into account to build a multi-objective optimization model for order allocation.Finally,the gray wolf optimization algorithm-particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the order allocation model,and the optimized order allocation scheme was obtained.Taking injection molding machine manufacturing enterprise Company C as an example,the supplier evaluation and order allocation of six suppliers and five non-economic factors were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
