近年来,赣州市不断加强基层公共文化服务建设,成效明显,但基层公共文化服务还存在设施建设滞后、供需失衡、人才短缺、融合发展不够等问题。新时代需要从加强设施升级改造、创新供给内容方式、构建多元主体供给机制、实施“文化+”跨界融合等方面,推动赣州市基层公共文化服务高质量发展。

In recent years,Ganzhou has continuously strengthened the construction of grassroots public cultural services,with significant results.However,there are still problems with infrastructure construction lagging behind,supply and demand imbalance,talent shortage,and insufficient integrated development in grassroots public cultural services.In the new era,it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of grassroots public cultural services in Ganzhou by strengthening the upgrading and renovation of facilities,innovating supply content and methods,constructing a diversified supply mechanism,and implementing cross-border integration of“culture+”.
