中医药干预皮肤科生物制剂若干临床问题的思路

Thoughts on the Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Clinical Problems of Dermatological Biologics

生物制剂靶标明确、皮损清除率高,已经成为中重症皮肤病的重要治疗手段,但也出现了感染等不良反应、疗效衰减、停药困难、停药后复发、禁忌症等临床问题。中医中药治疗皮肤病具有多环节多靶点、简便廉效、辨证论治的特点,中医药在减轻生物制剂不良反应,联合用药增强疗效、减少复发及用于生物制剂禁忌症人群等方面具有明显优势,值得临床推广。

Biological agents have clear targets and high skin lesion clearance rates,and have become an important treatment for moderate to severe skin diseases.However,there are also clinical problems such as infection and other adverse reactions,attenuation of efficacy,difficulty in discontinuing medication,recurrence after discontinuation,and contraindications.Traditional Chinese medicine treats skin diseases with the characteristics of multi-link and multitarget,simple,low-cost,and syndrome differentiation.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in reducing the adverse reactions of biological agents,enhancing the efficacy of combined medication,reducing recurrence,and being used for people with contraindications to biological agents.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
