孙善斌芒针透刺治疗卒中后偏瘫经验

Experience of SUN Shanbin in Treating Hemiplegia after Stroke Through Awn Needle Penetration

脑卒中主要好发于老年群体,若未得到及时有效治疗,患者可能会出现意识障碍、昏迷,甚至死亡。由于该病损伤机体神经功能,可导致患者肢体感觉异常,甚至引发偏瘫等后遗症,使患者丧失生活自理能力,严重影响了患者日常生活的同时,也对其心理健康产生了极大的危害。孙善斌教授从事针灸临床、教学工作30余年,熟练运用芒针透刺法治疗卒中后偏瘫,取得了非常好的临床效果。文章对孙善斌教授相关经验进行总结,以期为临床治疗卒中后偏瘫提供新的思路。

Stroke mainly occurs in the elderly.If not treated promptly and effectively,patients may suffer from disturbance of consciousness,coma,or even death.Because the disease damages the body’s nerve function,it can cause abnormal sensation in the patient’s limbs,and even cause sequelae such as hemiplegia,causing the patient to lose the ability to take care of himself.This seriously affects the patient’s daily life and also causes great harm to his mental health.Professor SUN Shanbin has been engaged in acupuncture clinical and teaching work for more than 30 years.He is proficient in using the penetrating acupuncture method to treat post-stroke hemiplegia and has achieved very good clinical results.This article summarizes the relevant experience of Professor SUN Shanbin,with a view to providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia.
