焦晓民基于“五脏一体观”论治双心病经验

随着社会的发展,双心病已经成为中老年人死亡的主要疾病,目前有关双心病的治疗常常是从“心-肝”或“心-肾”出发,有一定的治疗效果,但是中医理论认为“人是一个整体”,所以这对疾病的整体把握存在不足。焦晓民教授是辽宁省名中医,是辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院中西医结合心病学科带头人,是世界中联“动脉粥样硬化性疾病”专业委员会常务理事,是中国医师协会中西医结合分会脑心同治专业委员会委员,是辽宁省中医药学会重症医学专业委员会主任委员,是辽宁省中西医结合学会心血管专业委员会副主任委员,长期从事心血管疾病的研究,在双心病研究上具有独特的学术思想和重大突破。焦晓民教授认为治疗双心病应以“五脏一体”的理论为根基,深入探讨五脏的关系对双心病的影响,全面分析双心病的病因病机,从而整体且系统性的指导双心疾病的诊疗。焦教授治疗该病常用“调心神”“畅肝气”“健脾土”“补肺气”和“温肾阳”五脏同调的治疗原则,善于抓住疾病的本质,进而达到治病求本、标本兼顾的效果,提高患者的临床疗效,改善生活质量。

With the development of society,double heart disease has become the main cause of death in middleaged and elderly people.At present,the treatment of double heart disease is often based on the“heart-liver”or“heartkidney”.It has a certain therapeutic effect,but the theory of traditional Chinese medicine It is believed that“people are a whole”,so the overall grasp of the disease is insufficient.Professor JIAO Xiaomin is a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Liaoning Province.He is the leader of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Cardiology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He is the executive director of the“Atherosclerotic Diseases”Professional Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medical Doctors and a member of the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.He is a member of the Professional Committee of Brain and Heart Tongzhi,the chairman of the Critical Care Medicine Professional Committee of the Liaoning Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the deputy director of the Cardiovascular Professional Committee of the Liaoning Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.He has been engaged in the research of cardiovascular diseases for a long time and has unique expertise in the study of twin heart diseases.academic ideas and major breakthroughs.Professor JIAO Xiaomin believes that the treatment of twin heart disease should be based on the theory of“five internal organs integrated into one”,deeply explore the impact of the relationship between the five internal organs on twin heart disease,and comprehensively analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of twin heart disease,so as to provide overall and systematic guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of twin heart disease.Professor JIAO commonly uses the treatment principles of“regulating the mind”,“unblocking the liver Qi”,“strengthening the spleen and soil”,“tonifying the lung Qi”and“warming the kidney Yang”to harmonize the five internal organs in treating this disease.He is good at grasping the essence of the disease,and then achieves the goal of treating the disease at its root.The effect of taking both specimens into account can improve the clinical efficacy of patients and improve their quality of life.
