基于数据挖掘方法探究中医药治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的用药规律

Explore the Medication Rule of Chinese Medicine for Chronic Glomerulonephritis based on Data Mining Method

目的:通过对慢性肾小球肾炎(Chronic glomerulonephritis,CGN,)的病案数据挖掘,总结分析中医运用中医药治疗CGN的用药规律。方法:由中国知网、万方、维普及PubMed等数据库中筛检出相关研究文献,录入方药数据,整理、分析,探究其用药规律。结果:共录入处方83首,涉及中药214味,共计1250药次。常用药物排名靠前的依次为白术、黄芪、茯苓、山药、薏苡仁、山茱萸等。药性为温、平、寒居多;药味为甘、苦、辛居前;主要归肝、脾、肾、肺经;功效上以补虚药为主,其次为利水渗湿药、清热药及活血化瘀药等。关联规则分析获得11个药对或角药组合和1组核心药物组合。聚类分析获得4类药物组合。结论:中医药治疗CGN的用药规律,是以健脾药为主兼以益肾药的用药基础上,辨证运用利水渗湿药、清热解毒药、活血化瘀等,体现了扶正固本、祛邪治标的用药特点。

Objective:Through the data mining of chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)medical records,we summarize and analyze the usage rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CGN.Methods:Relevant research literature was screened from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed,prescription data were entered,organized and analyzed,and their medication usage patterns were explored.Results:A total of 83 prescriptions were entered,involving 214 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine and a total of 1250 medicines.The top-ranked commonly used drugs are Atractylodes rhizome,Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,Coix seed,Dogwood,etc.The medicinal properties are mostly warm,mild,and cold;the medicinal tastes are sweet,bitter,and pungent;they are mainly related to the liver,spleen,kidney,and lung meridians;the main functions are tonic drugs,followed by diuretic and dampness-removing drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and blood-activating drugs.Blood stasis medicine,etc.Association rule analysis obtained 11 drug pairs or corner drug combinations and 1 core drug combination.Cluster analysis resulted in 4 categories of drug combinations.Conclusion:The medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CGN is based on the use of spleen-strengthening drugs and kidney-tonifying drugs,and the use of diuretic and dampness-removing drugs,heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,blood circulation and blood stasis removal,etc.based on syndrome differentiation,which embodies the principles of strengthening the body,strengthening the root cause,and removing blood stasis.Characteristics of medication for treating symptoms of evil.
