中医药防治慢性心力衰竭心室重构的研究进展

据了解,中国现有心力衰竭患者约450万人,确诊慢性心力衰竭后,5年的病死率高达50%,给人们带来了心理和经济上的困扰,已成为重大的公共卫生问题。在心力衰竭发病的过程中,心室重构是一个重要的病理基础,如何控制甚至逆转心室重构并达到改善心功能的目的,一直是临床研究的热点和难点。近年来中医药防治慢性心力衰竭心室重构取得了显著的成效,尤其体现在减少患者再住院率,延缓病情反复发作,不良反应少,提高患者的生活质量等方面具有一定的优势。

It is understood that there are about 4.5 million heart failure patients in China.After diagnosis of chronic heart failure,the mortality rate in 5 years is as high as 50%,which has brought psychological and economic distress to people and has become a major public health problem.In the process of heart failure,ventricular remodeling is an important pathological basis.How to control or even reverse ventricular remodeling and improve cardiac function has always been a hot and difficult topic in clinical research.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results in the prevention and treatment of ventricular remodeling in chronic heart failure,especially in reducing the re-hospitalization rate of patients,delaying recurrence of the disease,having few adverse reactions,and improving the quality of life of patients.
