摘要
线粒体参与细胞内多种重要的生理活动,并通过与细胞核、内质网、核糖体、溶酶体以及其他线粒体等细胞结构间的通信,形成了一个维持细胞稳态的动态功能网络。通过线粒体通信的功能网络,细胞能够应对各种环境变化。线粒体通信的失衡会导致细胞稳态的破坏,诱导各种心血管疾病的发生。本文对线粒体与其他细胞结构的通信以及线粒体通信对心血管系统的影响进行了综述。
Mitochondria participate in many important physiological activities in the cell,forming a dynamic functional network to maintain cell homeostasis through communication with cell structures such as nucleus,endoplasmic reticulum,ribosome,lysosome and other mitochondria.Via this communication network,cells cope with various environmental changes.Imbalance in mitochondrial communication can lead to the destruction of cell homeostasis and induce cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviewed the communication between the mitochondria and other cell structures and the effect of mitochondrial communication on the cardiovascular system.
