摘要 目的建立一种快速筛查祛痘抗粉刺类化妆品中盐酸米诺环素等10种组分的高效液相色谱方法。方法本研究采用SHISEIDO C18 MG S5(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.01 mol·L^(-1)草酸溶液(磷酸调节溶液的pH至2.0)-甲醇-乙腈(67∶11∶22)为流动相,流速:0.8 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长268 nm,进样量10μL,根据高效液相色谱和紫外光谱定性,峰面积定量,标准曲线法计算含量。结果盐酸米诺环素等10种抗感染药物在1.479~335.152μg·mL^(-1)内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9997;平均回收率为96.4%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~3.3%;检测限为1~20μg·g^(-1);定量限为3.3~50μg·g^(-1)。结论该方法操作简便,实用性强,分析速度快,具有良好的选择性、灵敏度及准确度,能够提高检验效率,节省试验成本,可用于祛痘抗粉刺类化妆品中抗感染类药物的快速筛查。 Objective To rapidly screen 10 anti-infection drugs in acne removing and anti acne cosmetics by HPLC method.Methods The samples were extracted and separated on SHISEIDO C18 MG S5(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column with gradient elution program.The mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L^(-1)oxalic acid solution(adjusting the pH to 2.0 with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrilemethanol(67∶11∶22).The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 268 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.The samples were qualitatived detected by HPLC and UV spectrum,and quantified by the external standard.Results The linear relationship of the 10 anti-infection drugs was good within the concentration range of 1.479~335.152μg·mL^(-1),with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9997.The relative standard deviations were 1.1%~3.3%and the average recoveries were within 96.4%~108.2%.The limits of detection were 1~20μg·g^(-1).The limit of quantitation were 3.3~50μg·g^(-1).Conclusion The method is simple,practical,fast,selective,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to screen anti-infection drugs efficiently with low cost.
