摘要
信息技术已成为生物多样性保护和管理的重要工具。通过电子设备及内置软件(特别是智能终端应用程序APP)记录、传输生物多样性信息已经是生物多样性调查实践的主要方式。本文通过对比生物记、花伴侣、形色、北极花生物调查、绿途、生命观察(Biotracks)、iNaturalist、Leafsnap、Flora Incognita共9种生物多样性调查软件在开发者、软件费用、安装环境、运行内存、图像拍照和识别、显示经纬度和地图定位等方面的差异,分析了各应用程序的功能特点。生物记、生命观察和北极花生物调查应用程序可详细记录生物数据,形色、花伴侣缺乏详细的生物记录功能,绿途则更加注重植被分布数据的采集,Leafsnap、Flora Incognita具有识别功能,但其他的衍生功能较少。iNaturalist除具有识别能力外,还具有强大的社区交流功能。这些应用程序通过数据采集、记录和共享,让公众更好地了解生物多样性,同时为生物多样性保护和管理提供了数据支持。本文为用户选择适合其需求的生物多样性调查软件提供了依据,对软件的深入分析为未来软件的优化与完善提供了启示和建议。
Information technology has become an important tool for biodiversity conservation and man-agement.Recording and transmitting biodiversity information through electronic equipments and built-in softwares(especially apps of smart terminals)has become the main method for biodiversity survey practice.This manuscript compares the dfferences in developer,software usage fees,installation environment,run-ning memory,image capture and recognition,display of longitude and latitude,and positioning,among nine biodiversity survey apps,including Biography,Flower Companion,Shape and Color,Arctic Flower Biologi-cal Survey,GreenPath,Biotracks,iNaturalist,Leafsnap,Flora Incognita,and analyzes the functional character-istics of each application.It was found that the Biography,Biotracks,and Arctic Flower Biological Sur-vey applications have detailed biological data recording functions.However,Shape and Color and Flower Companion lack detailed biological recording functions.GreenPath pays more attention to the collection of vegetation distribution data.Leafsnap and Flora Incognita have recognition functions,but other exten-sion functions are less.INaturalist not only has recognition ability,but also has powerful community communication function.These applications enable the public to better understand biodiversity through data collection,recording,and sharing,while providing data support for biodiversity conservation and man-agement.This provides a guide for users to choose biodiversity survey software that suits their needs.The in-depth analysis of software also provides useful insights and suggestions for future software opti-mization and improvement.
