植物检疫科普工作的价值与应用研究

The value and practical application of science popularization in plant quarantine

科普是体现植物检疫工作成效和价值,促进公众了解植物检疫措施并加强应用的有效措施之一。开展科普与植物检疫的相关研究,有助于促进植物检疫学科的发展,提高创新研究和成果转化的广度和深度。本文阐述了我国植物检疫科普工作的发生发展过程,从科普与植物检疫工作的内在关系入手,在分析研究植物检疫中科普主要功能的基础上,提出了开展好植物检疫科普工作的必要条件,分析了当前植物检疫科普存在的问题和不足,对今后一个时期如何开展好植物检疫科普工作结合制度建设、文化价值、技术运用及文创开发等方面进行了展望,提出了相关建议。

Science popularization reflects the effectiveness and value of plant quarantine work,which is one of the effective measures to strengthen their application and help the public understand more about plant quarantine measures.Conducting research on science popularization and plant quarantine can pro-mote the development of plant quarantine discipline,which enhances the breadth and depth of the trans-formation of innovative research achievements.This paper elaborated the development of science popular-ization of plant quarantine in China.Based on the internal relationship between science popularization and plant quarantine,and the analysis and study of the main functions of science popularization in plant quaran-tine,we proposed the necessary conditions for conducting plant quarantine science popularization work.We also analyzed the shortcomings of current science popularization in plant quarantine.Finally,based on the perspectives of institutional construction,cultural value,technological application,and cultural Creative,sug-gestions were put forward on how to carry out scientific popularization work in plant quarantine.
