基于CiteSpace研究中医药治疗变应性鼻炎可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis Based on CiteSpace

目的 全面了解中医药领域变应性鼻炎的发展现状和研究热点,为后续研究提供借鉴与参考。方法 以“中医药”“变应性鼻炎”等为研究主题,检索知网、维普、万方及中国生物医学文献数据库2013年1月—2022年12月的文献,运用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献3199篇,年度发文量趋于平稳;发文量最多的作者是张勤修,并且形成了以张勤修、李昕榕、刘洋等为代表的核心研究团队;成都中医药大学发文量最大,但各组织协作不密切;研究热点为方药研究、外治疗法研究、临证经验、机制研究等方面。结论 中医药可有效缓解变应性鼻炎患者症状、改善预后、提高生存质量、降低复发率。

Objective To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current development and research hotspots of allergic rhinitis in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for subsequent studies.Methods With“traditional Chinese medicine”and“allergic rhinitis”as the research topics,literature on CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and China Biomedical Literature Database from January 2013 to December 2022 was retrieved,and the authors,institutions and keywords were visually analyzed using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 3199 Chinese publications were included,and the number of annual publications tended to be stable.The author with the most publications was Zhang Qinxiu,and a core research team represented by Zhang Qinxiu,Li Xinrong and Liu Yang was formed.Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine had the largest number of publications,but the organizations did not collaborate closely.The hotspots of research were prescription and medicine research,external treatment method research,clinical evidence experience and mechanism research.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms,improve prognosis,enhance the quality of survival and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with allergic rhinitis.
