张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中的六经辨证是一种辨证论治的方法体系。通过查阅及归纳总结相关文献、古籍、各医家运用六经辨证治疗妊娠病的医案,探讨《伤寒杂病论》中六经辨证理论对于妇产科妊娠病辨证论治的指导作用、可行性及有效性,经方在妊娠病中辨证论治的思路及临床应用疗效,希望为中医药治疗妊娠病提供更多思路及方法。

Six-meridian syndrome differentiation is a theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment method found in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases which written by Zhang Zhongjing.By consulting and summarizing relevant literature,ancient books,and cases of doctors using syndrome differentiation of the six channels to treat pregnancy diseases,this paper discussed the guiding role,feasibility and effectiveness of the six-meridian syndrome differentiation theory from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease,as well as the idea and clinical application effect of classic traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in treating pregnancy-related complications,hoping to provide more ideas and methods for traditional Chinese medicine in treating pregnancy-related complications.
