自拟安胎方联合孕激素对肾阴虚型早期先兆流产患者保胎结局的影响

Effect of Self-made Antai Formula Combined with Progesterone on the Outcome of Early Threatened Abortion Patients with Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

目的 探讨自拟安胎方联合孕激素对提高肾阴虚型早期先兆流产患者保胎结局的效果。方法 选取84例肾阴虚型早期先兆流产患者,以信封法随机分成研究组和对照组各42例。对照组接受常规孕激素治疗,研究组给予自拟安胎方联合孕激素治疗,治疗14 d,比较2组孕激素、中医证候积分变化,并随访3个月观察保胎成功率。结果 治疗后,2组血清β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)和中医证候积分均明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组上述孕激素指标水平高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组保胎成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自拟安胎方联合孕激素能有效调节肾阴虚型早期先兆流产患者孕激素指标和缓解临床症状,有利于提高保胎成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Antai formula combined with progesterone on improving the outcome of early threatened abortion patients with kidney yin deficiency type.Methods 84 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney yin deficiency type were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by envelope method.The control group received conventional progesterone treatment,while the study group received self-made Antai formula combined with progesterone treatment.After 14 days of treatment,the progesterone and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared,and the success rate of pregnancy protection was observed after 3 months of follow-up.Results After treatment,serumβhuman chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),progesterone(P)and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the levels of the above progesterone indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and TCM syndrome scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal protection in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Antai formula combined with progesterone can effectively regulate progesterone indexes and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with early threatened abortion of kidney yin deficiency type,which is conducive to improving the success rate of pregnancy protection.
