三联疗法治疗面肌痉挛验案

Proved Cases of Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Hemifacial Spasm

面肌痉挛属于临床难治性疾病,其发病机制尚不完全明确。近年来,中西医研究治疗面肌痉挛有了显著的进展,但仍存在疗效不稳、易反复发作等问题。王全灵导师在总结前辈经验的基础上,采用祛风、化痰、通络与调节神经传导功能相结合的治疗原则,通过在耳屏前下颌骨下方0.5 cm处局部注射浓度约37.5%的酒精结合星状神经节埋线、火针刺激痉挛肌肉的方法治疗该病,并将该法取名为三联疗法。此文选取临床验案1则,旨在为临床治疗面肌痉挛提供新的诊疗思路。

Hemifacial spasm is a clinical refractory disease,and its pathogenesis is not completely clear.In recent years,traditional Chinese and Western medicine has made remarkable progress in the treatment of hemifacial spasm,but there are still some problems such as unstable curative effect and easy recurrence.On the basis of summarizing the experience of predecessors,Instructor Wang Quanling believed that the disease could be treated by combining the treatment principles of dispelling wind,eliminating phlegm,promoting collars and regulating nerve conduction function,by injecting local concentration of about 37.5%alcohol at 0.5 cm below the mandible in front of the operus,combined with stellate ganglion embedding and fire needle stimulating spastic muscle.It is called triple therapy.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical treatment of hemifacial spasm.
