木防己汤治疗湿热痹的研究进展

Research Progress on Mufangji Decoction in the Treatment of Dampness-heat Arthralgia

木防己汤是张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中防己类方中的一个,后世医家将其用于湿热痹的治疗,尤其对急性期类风湿关节炎的治疗方面关注度更高。笔者发现木防己汤能够缓解类风湿关节炎的症状,特别在缓解关节肿痛症状方面有效。为了深入探索其临床疗效及作用机制,笔者查阅大量文献。此文从木防己汤历史溯源、木防己汤的临床及实验研究方面,对文献进行梳理,为木防己汤治疗湿热痹临床应用及深入研究提供依据。

Mufangji decoction is one of the prescriptions in Zhang Zhongjing's Shanghan zabing Lun.Later doctors used it for the treatment of dampness-heat arthralgia,especially paid more attention to the treatment of acute rheumatoid arthritis.The authors found that Mufangji decoction could relieve rheumatoid arthritis symptoms,especially effective in relieving the symptoms of joint swelling and pain.In order to deeply explore the clinical effect and mechanism of action,the author consulted a large number of literature.This paper sorted out the literature from the historical source of Mufangji decoction and the clinical and experimental research of Mufangji decoction,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application and in-depth research of Mufangji decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat arthralgia.
